Service Nature
Most services offered are custom digital services involving planning, design, development, consulting, and labor.
Due to the nature of these services, refunds are subject to the conditions below.
Project Cancellation
Clients may request project cancellation in writing.
Any completed work up to the cancellation date will be billed accordingly.
Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be considered if:
- Work has not commenced.
- HTT Developers is unable to deliver the agreed service.
- Duplicate payment was made.
Non-Refundable Services
The following are generally non-refundable:
- Custom website development
- Custom software development
- SEO services already performed
- Digital marketing services already delivered
- Graphic design work already completed
- Consultation fees
- Domain registrations
- Hosting purchases
- Third-party licenses
Partial Refunds
Where applicable, refunds may be issued based on completed work and incurred costs.
Chargebacks
Customers are encouraged to contact us before initiating chargebacks.
Fraudulent or unjustified chargebacks may result in service suspension.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds are generally processed within 7–14 business days.
